For shipments in Cyprus:
For purchases under €25 the shipping cost amounts €5.05(+VAT). For purchases from €25 to €49.99 € the shipping cost amounts €3.50(+VAT). For purchases from €50 and over the shipment is free for Cyprus (up to 5 kg weight).
The delivery of the products is done with a cooperating courier company, usually in the next 1-3 working days. For some remote areas the delivery time can reach 2-4 working days.
For shipments in Greece:
When your parcel is in your city for delivery, the courier company will call you to arrange delivery times and the new code. In case one of the products are not available, the waiting time will be notified to you via e-mail.
For purchases from €70 and up (up to 2 kg weight) shipping is free for Greece. For each additional kilo there is a charge of €3 per kilo. For orders less than €70 in Greece the shipping costs are borne by the buyer, it is €12 prepaid.

For orders over 2 kg and larger volumes, prior arrangement is made via e-mail sales@ambianceelements.com due to the differentiation of shipping costs. Payment for the order must be preceded by credit card, after consultation with the sales department of Ambiance Elements.
