Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right to return part or all of the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
Please note that returned products must not be used, unpacked, worn, washed, modified or damaged and the labels accompanying the product must be present, as they were when you received it with the retail receipt. sales or invoice.
You will also need to contact us by phone or e-mail at sales@ambianceelements.com for instructions and a return code.


If the corresponding product you want is not available, you can buy another one for replacement, at the same purchase amount of the specific product, or more expensive. For hygiene reasons (cosmetics, perfumes, shampoos, conditioners), which have been used or opened cannot be returned in any case. In all the above cases the return costs are borne by the customer. For the return of a non-defective product the cost of return and resending is borne by the customer.

Defective product: 

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged product we will make every effort to replace it with the same or similar product at no extra cost to you. However, you must notify us by e-mail at sales@ambianceelements.com so that we can send you instructions for returning the product as well as a return code. If the product ceases to be available, it can be replaced with an equivalent product by arrangement.  The site has no warranty policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear and tear, misuse and damage when removing the labels.

Order cancellations:

You can cancel your order, if you wish, free of charge, provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our store and within 8 working hours.
